Terms of Use & Refund Policy

1. Products and contract information

Each product page describes its free and paid features. The checkout identifies the product and variant, total price including applicable taxes, currency, license duration, activation limit and any additional purchase conditions. Review that information before ordering; the checkout information prevails if it is more specific.

2. Checkout and delivery

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC as Merchant of Record. The seller identity, payment methods, taxes and invoice details are shown at checkout. After successful payment, the license key is delivered using the contact details supplied at checkout. Internet access is required for activation and periodic validation.

3. License

A purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the paid features of the named product for personal or internal business purposes, subject to the duration and activation limit shown at checkout. A one-time license has no recurring subscription charge. It does not include other products or variants. License keys may not be published, resold, shared outside the licensed user or organisation, or used to bypass technical limits.

4. Free versions, compatibility and local data

All tools have a free tier without product-account registration. Current versions of major desktop and mobile browsers with JavaScript and local storage enabled are supported. Product content is processed locally and is not transmitted to us. Hosting requests and license activation and validation use network services as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Consumers generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. For digital content supplied immediately, that right may expire after access begins only where the consumer has expressly consented to immediate supply, acknowledged the resulting loss of the withdrawal right, and received the required confirmation. The checkout and order confirmation provide the applicable instructions. If those requirements are not met, statutory rights remain unaffected.

Refund or withdrawal requests must be submitted through the support link in the Lemon Squeezy order receipt or to [email protected] with the order number. No additional voluntary money-back guarantee is offered unless the checkout states otherwise. Statutory warranty and refund rights remain unaffected.

6. Technical tool scope

The tools perform limited technical checks and create technical outputs from user input. They do not provide legal, tax, accounting, immigration, accessibility-certification or cybersecurity-certification services. Results do not guarantee acceptance by a tax authority, TRACES, border authority, market-surveillance body, the BSI or another third party. Users remain responsible for input accuracy, required manual checks and submission of outputs.

7. Warranty and liability

Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected. We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and to foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Liability under mandatory law remains unaffected.

8. Updates and availability

Standards, official validators, browser APIs and legal requirements can change. We may update the tools to maintain security, compatibility or conformity. Updates required by applicable digital-product law will be supplied as required. A license is not a promise that every future standard, new product or separately sold major feature will be included.

9. Governing law

German law applies. If the customer is a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country of residence remain unaffected.
